Who owns which account — AM, FLM, SA, SA FLM and tier. Every credit row takes its ownership from this list when it is published, so an account changing hands is one edit here rather than a hunt through the workbook.

Saving does more than record the list: it re-expands every month already on file and republishes any snapshot whose rows it changes, so a corrected owner reaches the dashboard without anybody re-uploading a workbook. The edit itself goes into the change log with your alias, the date and the before and after of each field. Internal — do not share outside AWS.
